Directions

  1. Cut the zucchini and fennel into slices and a red onion in half.
  2. Put them on the barbecue, along with a whole garlic and pepper. The peppers are allowed to light a little black.
  3. Take a food processor for the tomato pesto and add the sundried to garlic, pine nuts, mustard, capers, olive oil, Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper.
  4. Mix well and ready.
  5. Remove the zucchini and fennel from the barbecue and marinate them in olive oil.
  6. Remove the peppers from the barbecue and clean them.
  7. Cut them into strips, just like the fennel and zucchini.
  8. Remove the onion from the barbecue and cut it too.
  9. Put beer in a heat-resistant container and place the container between the coals.
  10. Grab the burgers, roll them flat with a rolling pin and put them on the barbecue.
  11. Cut 4 slices of the bread, coat them with olive oil and put them on the grill.
  12. When the burgers are good brown, you get everything from the barbecue and you fill the sandwiches with a burger, the vegetables, the pesto and the rocket.
