Preheat the oven to 200ºC. Boil the potatoes for 10 minutes in water with salt and drain.

Halve the chicory in the length. Cook for 3-4 minutes, drain and drain.

Sprinkle the coalfish with salt and pepper and cut into 8 pieces. Wrap the fish with the bacon.

Spoon the potatoes and chicory in a roasting pan or oven dish with the olive oil. Divide the coalfish with the garlic, orange and thyme in between. Cook the dish in the middle of the oven for about 25 minutes.
