Potato pancakes from marieke bubble boss
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, flour, broth ((from tablet), cooled), raw ham (finely chopped), red pepper (diced), fresh parsley ((bag of 30 g), finely chopped), fresh chives ( (bag a 15 g), finely chopped), potatoes (peeled) and oil (or bakboter).

Stir the flour with the stock to a smooth paste.

Mix in the finely chopped ham, the peppercorns, parsley and chives.

Grate the potatoes coarsely and mix them with the flour mixture.

Heat the oil or the baking butter in a frying pan and spoon each time 3 piles of batter in the frying pan with a ladle.

Fry the potato pancakes on both sides in 4-5 minutes until golden brown and done..
