Preheat the oven to 190ºC. Lightly coat the refractory dish with olive oil. Heat 3 tablespoons of olive oil in a frying pan and fry the minced meat quickly and cooked.

Season the minced meat with salt and pepper. Divide the minced meat over the bottom of the dish. Pour the broth into the dish.
