Let the chickpeas drain.

Cut the sausage into thin slices and gently fry in a frying pan and spoon them on a plate.

Cut the zucchini into slices and fry in the fat of the chorizo in 3-4 minutes nicely brown and scoop them next to the chorizo.

Spoon the Tuscan stir-fry vegetables and the Italian herbs through the shortening in the frying pan and stir fry 2-3 minutes.

Stir in the chickpeas and warm the dish in 4-5 minutes.

Put the chickpeas with vegetables in deep plates and divide the slices of chorizo and the slices of courgette over them.
