Baguette with bratwurst and chicory lettuce
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, sausages, butter, chicory, white wine vinegar, olive oil, mustard, ground cumin (djinten), baguettes and piccalilly (pot).

Saute sausages and bake in butter according to instructions on packaging.

Cut chicory into thin strips lengthwise.

In large bowl vinegar with oil, mustard and salt and pepper to taste to beat dressing and stir in cumin seeds.

Chop chicory with dressing.

Cut sausages in half lengthwise and roast in hot grill pan on both sides, so that they get a nice brown grill pattern.

Halve half-baked loaves, cut and place on four plates.

Spread chicory lettuce over baguette and place sausages on it.
