Rice with vegetable peanut sauce and chicken satay
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, quick-boiled rice, winter carrot ((250 g), in pieces), paksoi, peanut butter, chicken fillet (in pieces), sunflower oil, satékruiden and krupuk (natural).

Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package.

Bring a pot of water to the boil and boil the winter carrot for 10 minutes.

Cut the bok choy into pieces, add the white part (keep the green part separate) and cook for about 3 minutes.

Add the green and cook for another minute.

Spoon the vegetables with a slotted spoon in a colander and leave a small bottom of cooking liquid in the pan.

Add the peanut butter to the cooking liquid and puree with the hand blender into a smooth sauce.

Add the drained vegetables to the peanut sauce and puree everything with the hand blender.

Season with salt and pepper and add some water if the sauce is too thick.

Mix the chicken pieces with 1 tbsp oil and sprinkle with the saté spice.

Heat the woks and fry the chicken in 6 minutes around brown and done.

Serve the rice with the sauce and the chicken saté and add the crackers..
