A nice mexican recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, chilli beans (400 g), corn granules ((3 x 198 g), drained), vine tomatoes (in parts), taco shells, sunflower oil, beef strips (350 g), salsa sauce mild (300 g) and iceberg lettuce (200 g).

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 160 ° C. Put the chili beans, corn and tomatoes in a bowl and spoon. Heat the taco shells in the oven for about 5 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, heat the oil in a stirring stir fry the beef strips 3 minutes with pepper and salt. Add the salsa sauce and warm for another 2 minutes.
  3. Spread the warm taco shells over 4 plates. First divide the iceberg lettuce over the shells and then scoop the meat with the sauce in it. Serve with the bean salad. Tasty with sour cream (125 ml cup).
