Pork tenderloin with lemon cream sauce
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, courgettes, pork tenderloins (about 450 g), shallots, potato slices (700 g), butter or margarine, lemon juice (bottle of a 115 ml) and fresh cream cheese with herbs (125 g).

Clean the courgettes and cut into cubes.

Cut the pork tenderloin into slices and sprinkle with pepper.

Cut shallots and cut into rings.

Season the zucchini in 5 minutes.

Potato slices boil in little water in 5 minutes.

Heat butter in frying pan.

Pork loin slices in 2 min.

Brown bowls, halfway turning.

Add shallots and fry for 1 min.

Remove pork tenderloin from pan and keep warm under aluminum foil.

In the case of shortening, pour 1 tbsp water and lemon juice and stir up stirring.

Crush cream cheese and let it melt.

Season the sauce with salt and pepper.

Fill the tenderloin with sauce, zucchini and potatoes..
