Turkey fillet in thai sauce
A nice thai recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, Chinese noodles (250 g), onions, cucumbers, unsalted cashew nuts, oil, green Thai curry paste (pot `225 g), santen (30 g) and turkey breast à la minute (` ca. g).

Cook according to instructions and keep warm.

Peel and chop onions.

Peel cucumbers and remove seeds.

Cut the flesh into cubes.

Heat residual oil in frying pan.

Flour of turkey fillets for about 2 minutes.
