Tartar with parsley butter


A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, potatoes (with peel (pound)), lemon (cleaned), fresh parsley ((a 30 g), finely chopped), soft butter, tart tarts, oil, green beans and garlic (finely chopped).

Directions

  1. Cook the potatoes in 15 minutes until done.
  2. Meanwhile, grind 1 tbsp of the yellow skin of the lemon.
  3. Knead the lemon zest with the parsley and a pinch of salt through the butter.
  4. Fold the butter in a piece of kitchen paper or cling film and let the block stiffen in the refrigerator.
  5. Brush the tarttails with the oil, fry them in a pan with non-stick coating in approx.
  6. 8 min.
  7. Until tender and brown.
  8. Cook the beans in 5-10 minutes until al dente.
  9. Stir in the garlic and 1 tbsp of the parsley butter through the warm beans.
  10. Serve with the potatoes, the tart tart and the rest of the butter..
