Potato pea salad with rolmops
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, potato wedges (a 450 g), peas (extra fine (frozen, 450 g)), cucumber, rolmops (350 g) and mayonnaise.

Potato slices in dry frying pan and sprinkle with 3 tbsp water.

With the lid on, simmer over medium heat for about 10 minutes.

Allow to cool down.

Peas in plenty of boiling water with salt.

Bring back to the boil and boil for about 5 minutes.

Drain and rinse with cold water.

Peel the cucumber and cut into half slices.

Dismantle roll mops, collect moisture with onion and other additives.

Mix onion and other additions of rolmopsen and 4 tablespoon of rolmop liquid in large bowl with mayonnaise, cucumber and salt and pepper to taste.

Prepare lukewarm potatoes and peas.

Prepare lukewarm potato salad on 4 plates.
