Chicken in coconut sauce with chicory and banana
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, white rice (bag 1 kg), curry powder (jar 35 g), chicken fillet ((280 g), diced), oil, onions (chopped), chicory (in coarse pieces), coconut milk (400 ml) and bananas (in slices).

Boil the rice with 1 tablespoon of curry powder in measured water according to the instructions on the package.

Fry the chicken breast in the oil until golden brown, add the onions and remainder of the curry powder and stir fry for 3 minutes.

Add the chicory and stir-fry again for 3 minutes.

Pour the coconut milk and bring it to the boil.

Finally add the slices of banana.

Serve with the curry rice..
