Directions

  1. In a bowl, mix 2 cloves of pressed garlic with 2 tsp ground cumin, 2 tsp ground coriander, 1 tsp ginger powder, 1/2 tsp cinnamon and 2 tbsp olive oil.
  2. Rub meat or fish with the spice mixture and leave for at least 30 minutes..
