Thrush rice with fish-vegetable sauce and crayfish
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, fresh dill (a 15 g), coal fish fillet (400 g, frozen), pandan rice, butter, sliced leeks (300 g), carrot julienne (150 g), garden herbs broth (from tablet), crème fraîche (125 ml), crayfish (100 g), garden peas (bag a 1 kg and frozen).

Dill finely.

Cut the saithe into pieces.

Boil rice according to directions on packaging.

Create dill through it.

Heat frying pan with butter.

Here you can bake approx.

Add carrot and fry for 1 min.

Add fish and fry approx.

Add broth, bring everything to the boil and simmer for approx.

1 min.

Create crème fraîche and crayfish.

Boil the sauce (do not allow to boil) and add salt and pepper to taste.

Meanwhile, garden peas cooked in plenty of boiling water with salt to taste.

Drain boiling water.

Distribute rice and garden peas over 4 plates.
