Baked potatoes with white cheese and olives
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: olive oil, potato slices (700 g), Greek burgers (a 200 g), Greek garlic olives (deli-department, 150 g), white cheese cubes, vine tomatoes, mixed lettuce (200 g) and yoghurt dressing (bottle a 450 ml).

Directions

Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in frying pan and brown slices in about 10 minutes.

Heat residual oil in other frying pan and fry the burgers according to the instructions.

Drain the olives.

Clean tomatoes and cut into wedges.

Mix lettuce and tomatoes with dressing.

Place the olives and cheese cubes in the pan and briefly heat them.

Season with salt and pepper.

Serve baked potatoes with salad and burgers..
