Pad Thai
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, miehoen (250 g), limes, sunflower oil, red onions (in rings), garlic (finely chopped), Dutch shrimps (a 100 g), eggs (whipped), light brown sugar, Thai fish sauce ( bottle 250 ml), spring onions ((3 pieces), in oblique rings), bean sprouts (a 125 g) and chilli (from mill).

Prepare the noodle according to the instructions on the packaging.

Squeeze out 1 lime and halve the other 2. Heat the oil in a wok. Stir fry the red onion, garlic and shrimp 1 min. Remove from the wok.

Pour the egg into the wok, season with salt and pepper and stir for 1 min. Add the noodle and spoon over. Season with the lime juice, the sugar and fish sauce. Stir fry for 2 min. Put the red onion, garlic and shrimps back in the wok and add the spring onions and bean sprouts. Spoon and serve with the lime halves and chili pepper. Tasty with coarsely chopped peanuts and chopped coriander.
