Cheese-oatmeal pancakes
A tasty Dutch recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: oatmeal naturel (pack of 500 g Quaker), flour, ground old cheese (bag of 150 g), eggs (medium), semi-skimmed milk, salt and pepper, broccoli florets (à 300 g) and butter or margarine.

Mix oatmeal, flour and cheese in bowl.

Divide eggs.

Beat the yolks with milk and add salt and pepper to taste.

Mix the yolk mixture with oatmeal mixture.

Protein stiffly and carefully fold through oatmeal mixture.

Cook broccoli al dente in about 5 minutes.

Cook butter in frying pan.

Pour 3 small pieces of batter into pan, if necessary press them flat with a convex side of spoon.

Bake pancakes until the top is dry, turn and bake until golden brown.

Create on a warm scale.

Cook the rest of pancakes in the same way.

Spread over four plates and serve with broccoli.
