Bring the wine to the boil with the rosemary or thyme and the honey.

On a low stand add the grated hard goat cheese and crumbled soft goat cheese in portions and let it melt. Stir in the cream.

Tie with the diluted cornstarch and continue to season the cheese fondue with pepper. Tasty with baguette or coarse brown bread.
