Put the sesame seeds in a deep plate. Roll the meatballs through.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the balls over medium heat in 10 min. Around golden brown and done.

Remove the leaves of fresh mint from the twigs and cut finely.

Mix the oil, lettuce, pepper mix, fresh mint and lemon juice into a salad. Season with pepper.

Toast the rolls in the toaster. Cut them half open.

Spoon some salad, 3 balls and garlic sauce into each bun. Serve the rest of the salad and extra garlic sauce.
