A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, potatoes, tomatoes, olive oil, beef strips (approx. 250 g), Provençal herbs, Italian vegetable mix (400 g) and fresh basil (a 15 g).

Directions

  1. Bake the potatoes in approx.
  2. 4 minutes, drain and drain.
  3. Meanwhile, wash tomatoes and cut into wedges.
  4. Heat in wok oil.
  5. Baste beef strips to taste and bake for approx.
  6. 2 minutes in parts, wokkeppenpen and keep warm.
  7. Stir fry mix in the remaining oil for about 4 minutes stir-fry.
  8. Add the lettuces and beef strips and fry for approx.
  9. 3 minutes.
  10. Add tomato pieces and heat them up.
  11. Season with salt and pepper.
  12. Top the basil over the dish.
  13. Tasty with baguette..
