Summer stir-fry dish
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, potatoes, tomatoes, olive oil, beef strips (approx. 250 g), Provençal herbs, Italian vegetable mix (400 g) and fresh basil (a 15 g).

Bake the potatoes in approx.

4 minutes, drain and drain.

Meanwhile, wash tomatoes and cut into wedges.

Heat in wok oil.

Baste beef strips to taste and bake for approx.

2 minutes in parts, wokkeppenpen and keep warm.

Stir fry mix in the remaining oil for about 4 minutes stir-fry.

Add the lettuces and beef strips and fry for approx.

3 minutes.

Add tomato pieces and heat them up.

Season with salt and pepper.

Top the basil over the dish.
