Spaghetti with ground beef, Italian vegetables and creamy red pesto sauce.

Directions

  1. Cook the spaghetti according to the instructions on the package.
  2. Heat the oil in a frying pan. Bake the minced meat in about 4 minutes. Add the vegetable mix and cook for approx. 3 minutes.
  3. Add the tomato paste and cook for approx. 1 min. Add the cream and the pesto.
  4. Bring to the boil and let it boil gently for about 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Serve the spaghetti with the sauce and sprinkle the cheese over it.
