Chinese kale soup with chicken


Light clear soup of Chinese cabbage with smoked chicken, red onion, ginger and noodles.

Directions

  1. Prepare the noodles according to the instructions on the package.
  2. Cut the onions into half rings. Cut the coals into strips. Heat the oil in a stirring fruit the onion 1 min. Peel the ginger and grate over the wok.
  3. Add the coals and fry while stirring for 2 minutes. Add the bouillon tablets and the water and bring to the boil. Cook for 1 min.
  4. Divide the noodles over the bowls. Cut the spring onions into rings and spread with the chicken over the bowls.
  5. Season the soup with the soy sauce and scoop in the bowls.
