Let the tiger shrimps thaw. Cook the noodles according to the instructions on the package.

Meanwhile cut the stalk of the red pepper. Halve the pepper, remove the seeds with a knife and cut the pepper into thin strips.

Peel the ginger and cut finely. Slice the onion in half rings and the garlic fine. Heat the oil in a stir-frying pan the onion and garlic 1 min.

Fry the ginger and the red pepper for 2 minutes. Add the ketjapmarinadeen the prawns and stir fry the prawns over a high heat for 3 minutes.

Cut the bok choy into strips and stir-fry for another 1 min. Add the noodles to the shrimp and the bok choy.

Mix all ingredients and season with salt and pepper. Cut the lime into 4 parts. Divide over plates and serve with a lime wedge.
