Directions

  1. Let the tiger shrimps thaw. Cook the noodles according to the instructions on the package.
  2. Meanwhile cut the stalk of the red pepper. Halve the pepper, remove the seeds with a knife and cut the pepper into thin strips.
  3. Peel the ginger and cut finely. Slice the onion in half rings and the garlic fine. Heat the oil in a stir-frying pan the onion and garlic 1 min.
  4. Fry the ginger and the red pepper for 2 minutes. Add the ketjapmarinadeen the prawns and stir fry the prawns over a high heat for 3 minutes.
  5. Cut the bok choy into strips and stir-fry for another 1 min. Add the noodles to the shrimp and the bok choy.
  6. Mix all ingredients and season with salt and pepper. Cut the lime into 4 parts. Divide over plates and serve with a lime wedge.
