Salad with smoked chicken and peas
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, extra fine garden peas (frozen, pack 450 g), ready-to-cook spinach (300 g), extra virgin olive oil, vinegar, mustard, smoked chicken fillet, bluefin cheese (crumbled) and baguette.

Boil the peas for 3 minutes in a pan with a layer of water.

Beat a dressing of the oil, vinegar and mustard.

Spoon the spinach and half of the garden peas with the dressing.

Divide into 4 plates.

Cut the chicken fillet into slices as thin as possible and place on the salad.

Put the rest of the garden peas on the plates and sprinkle with the blue cheese.

Serve with slices of baguette..
