Directions
-
Bake the minced meat in a frying pan with non-stick coating without oil. Chop the onion. Finely chop the garlic. Fry the onion and garlic for 1 min. Stir in the tomato cubes with the cinnamon and oregano. Season with pepper and salt.
-
Let the sauce simmer for 10 minutes. In the meantime, cut the aubergine into slices. Preheat the grill pan. Brush the aubergine slices with the oil and grill in 6-8 min. Brown and cooked on both sides. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
-
Divide the potato slices into the greased baking dish of approx. 2 liters and scoop half of the minced meat sauce. Crumble the cheese. Sprinkle a third of the cheese and place half of the aubergine slices on it.
-
Repeat this sequence again. Beat the eggs with the yogurt and the rest of the cheese and spread it over the aubergine. Bake the moussaka in the oven for 30 minutes until golden brown and done. Tasty with a fresh green salad.
