Directions

  1. Heat the oil and stir fry the turkey strips for 5 minutes.
  2. Scoop the onion through and cook for another 5 minutes. Add salt and pepper.
  3. Sprinkle lemon juice over the apple, spoon the chicory and apple through the stir-fry tray and bake for 3 minutes.
  4. Roast the almonds in a dry hot frying pan and sprinkle over the dish before serving.
  5. Tasty with baguette.
