Directions

  1. Slice or scrape the aubergine and zucchini in thin slices lengthwise and spread the pepper, without seeds, in broad strips.
  2. Cross the tomatoes at the bottom. Brush the aubergine, courgette, depaprika and tomato with 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
  3. Heat a grill pan and roast the vegetables on both sides for 2-3 minutes. Remove from the pan and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  4. Mix the ingredients for the dressing and add salt and pepper.
  5. Spoon the rest of the olive oil through the beef strips and grill in the hot grill pan for about 2 minutes. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  6. Meanwhile, roast the almonds in a dry, hot skillet until lightly browned.
  7. Divide the iceberg lettuce over the plates or a dish. Arrange the grilled vegetables and beef strips, sprinkle the almonds on them and pour the dressing over it.
