Spaghetti with sauce
Whole grain pasta with chipolata sausage, tomato sauce, raisins and vegetables
Cut the onion into thin half rings. Cut the stalks of celery into pieces and the zucchini into cubes.
Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion and celery for 3 min. Add the zucchini and cook 5 min. Scoop regularly.
Stir in the tomato sauce and raisins and pepper and salt. Cook gently on low heat for 12 minutes.
Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti al dente according to the instructions on the package.
Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the chipolata in 5 min. Around brown and cooked.
Mix the spaghetti through the sauce and spread over 4 plates. Divide the sausages over it and serve.
