Japanese stir fry with noodles and spicy chicken
In no time a stir fry with chicken, Japanese vegetables, noodles and seaweed salad on the table.
Boil the noodles in 5 minutes until al dente.
Meanwhile cut the chicken breast into thin strips. Heat the oil in a stir frying the chicken and chili melange for 5 minutes on a high heat.
Add the Japanese wok vegetable and cook for 4 minutes. Scoop occasionally.
Make a dressing of the sesame oil, soy sauce and sushi vinegar. Drain the noodles and scoop with the dressing.
Divide over deep plates, scoop the chicken with vegetables and the seaweed salad next to it and serve.
