Steak with ginger-sesame gravy

Roast the sesame seeds very briefly in a dry, hot frying pan and set aside.

Sprinkle the meat with salt and pepper. Heat the oil and fry the steaks around brown and cook them 1.5 minutes per side for red, 2-3 minutes per side for rosé or 4 minutes per side for stir-frying.

Remove the meat from the pan and let it rest for a while.

Fry the garlic in the shortening. Add lemon juice, gingerbread, 2 tablespoons of the ginger syrup and the soy sauce. Scoop the sesame seeds through.

Serve the ginger sesame with the steak.
