Lasagne with turkey and leek
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, butter or margarine, turkey breast strips (a ca. 225 g), sliced leeks (a 300 g), besciamella (bechamel sauce mix pack of 2 bags of 50 g), milk, lasagna (pack a 250 g) ), dried Italian culinary herbs and ground mature cheese (bag of 150 g).

Preheat oven to 175 ºC or gas oven 3.

Heat 2 tablespoons of butter in casserole and roast turkey in approx.

4 minutes.

Season with salt and pepper.

Remove turkey from pan and heat the rest of the butter.

In this place, stir-fry for about 2 minutes.

Prepare Béchamel sauce with milk according to instructions.

Grease the baking dish.

In the baking dish, create a layer of sauce, layer the lasagne leaves, layer of leek, sprinkle with herbs and layer the turkey.

Repeat this until everything is used and end with a layer of sauce.

Spread the lasagna with cheese and let it cook in the middle of the oven in approx.
