Creamy leek paste with beef cucumber


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, fusilli (pasta, bag 500 g), olive oil, beef juices (extra lean (a 2 pieces)), leeks (washed and in half rings), crème fraîche light tomato and basil (206 g) and Grana Padano (cheese).

Directions

  1. Cook the pasta al dente according to the instructions on the package.
  2. Meanwhile, heat the oil in a skillet. Cut the sausages each into 3 pieces and fry for 6 minutes. Add the leek and cook for 4 minutes. Mix the crème fraîche and 100 ml of hot water through it and heat for 2 more minutes on low heat.
  3. Spoon the pasta through the leek sauce and season with salt and pepper. Spread the pasta over 4 deep plates and grate the cheese above it.
