Coconut-peanut rice with prawns


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, onions (in parts), oil, leeks (in thin rings), basmati rice (packet of 400 g), peanut butter (pot 350 g), coconut milk (400 ml), stir-shrimp (with garlic (200 g)) and red peppers (in thin strips).

Directions

  1. 1 Bring 300 ml of water to the boil.
  2. Fry half of the onions in the oil until about 3 minutes, add the leek and stir-fry 2 minutes.
  3. Add the rice and stir-fry 2 minutes.
  4. Pour in the boiling water, the peanut butter and the coconut milk, stir and put the lid on the pan.
  5. Let the rice cook for 15 minutes.
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. 2 Fry the shrimp without extra oil with the rest of the onion and the pepper for 3 minutes.
  8. Spoon them through the coconut peanut list or serve them separately..
