Bratwurst dish with peas and mint
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, sausages, olive oil, pre-cooked baby's (700 g), onion (chopped), garlic (chopped), garden peas (frozen), aniseed (eg pastis or Pernod, liquor), fresh mint (15 g and in strips).

Bratwursts each cut into 4 pieces.

Fry oil in frying pan and bake sausage around brown.
