Bring the contents of the packet of vegetable soup to the boil with the water in a soup pan.

Meanwhile, halve the asparagus tips. Put the cannellini beans in a colander and rinse under cold running water.

Add the asparagus tips, cannellini beans, garden herb soup vegetable and vermicelli to the soup.

Bring to the boil while stirring and cook over medium heat for 7 minutes.

Meanwhile, cut the spinach coarsely and scrape the cheese. Add the spinach to the soup and let it shrink slightly.
