Gratinated carrot dish with curry beef
Boil the potatoes in plenty of salted water. Drain and let dry.
Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a frying pan and freeze the mince on a high stand with the curry powder and salt. Transfer to an oven dish.
Heat the rest of the oil in the same pan and fry the onion for about 5 minutes. Add the carrot and cook for a few more minutes. Add the bay leaf and season with salt and pepper.
Pour a little water on the roots and simmer for about 10 minutes with the lid on the pan.
Preheat the oven to 220 ° C. Punch the potatoes and pour the carrot mixture and the celery through. Season with salt and pepper and spoon on the mince in the baking dish.
Sprinkle with the cheese and bake the dish high in the oven in about 10 minutes until golden brown.
