Bring a generous pot of water to the boil. Clean the onions and garlic. Chop the onion and finely chop the garlic.
-
Wash the pepper, cut in half lengthwise, remove the seeds and cut the flesh into cubes of 1 cm.
-
Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion for 2 min. Add the garlic, peppers, green beans, pepper and salt if necessary and bake 4 min.
-
Once the water has boiled, add the pasta and cook for 11 minutes until al dente.
-
Add the tomato sauce and the sun-dried to the vegetables and bring to the boil while stirring. Leave the lid on the pan for 10 minutes on low heat.
-
In the meantime, heat a frying pan without oil or butter and toast the almonds on medium heat in 3 min. Golden brown.
-
Remove from the pan and allow to cool on a plate.
-
Mix the pasta with the sauce and spread over the plates. Uncrumble the mackerel, divide into pieces over the pasta and garnish with the almond shavings.
