Tortilla with goat's cheese and grilled vegetables


A tasty recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: courgettes, red peppers, olive oil, flour tortillas (8 pieces, 360 g), soft goat cheese (eg Chavroux), oakleaf lamella (100 g) and lemon juice (lemon or bottle).

Directions

  1. Cut the zucchini lengthwise into 6 thin slices.
  2. Sprinkle with salt and leave for 5 minutes.
  3. Clean the pepper and cut it lengthwise into 12 strips.
  4. Brush the zucchini slices and pepper bars thinly with olive oil and roast them in a hot grill pan in portions for 3-4 minutes until golden brown and done.
  5. Sprinkle with salt and (freshly ground) pepper to taste.
  6. Heat the tortillas according to the instructions on the package and brush them with goat's cheese.
  7. Place the grilled zucchini and peppers in the middle of the tortillas and fold the sides over the filling.
  8. Spread the lettuce melange over four plates and sprinkle some lemon juice and olive oil.
  9. Put the tortillas on it..
