Spinach salad with noodles and chicken
Salad with noodles, chicken, cucumber and spinach with a dressing of soy sauce, lime juice and sweet chili sauce.

Break the noodles in half and cook them according to the instructions on the package.

Drain the noodles in a colander and rinse under cold running water. Let it drain well.

Cut the chicken fillet into thick strips.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the chicken strips in 5-6 minutes until tender and brown, season with salt and (freshly ground) pepper.

Put them on a plate. Squeeze the limes. In a bowl for the dressing, beat the chilli sauce with the garlic, the lime juice and the soy sauce.

Saute the cucumber with a cheese slicer in ribbons.

In a large bowl, spoon the noodles with the dressing, spinach and cucumber. Put the chicken strips on it.
