Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
  2. Spread the fries over a baking sheet covered with parchment paper and drizzle with the oil, pepper and salt.
  3. Bake in the center of the oven for about 25 minutes until done.
  4. After 15 minutes, remove the baking sheet from the oven, scoop the French fries and place the bread rolls next to the French fries.
  5. Fry for 10 minutes in the middle of the oven.
  6. Meanwhile, heat the grill pan without oil or butter and grill the burgers in approx. 8 minutes. Times regularly.
  7. Place 1 slice of cheese on each burger for the last minute.
  8. Clean the shallots and cut finely. Wipe the mushrooms with kitchen paper and cut into slices.
  9. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the mushrooms for 2 minutes on a high heat.
  10. Turn down the heat, add the shallot and cook for 3 minutes.
  11. Meanwhile, mix the piccalilly with the mayonnaise. Season with pepper and salt.
  12. Cut the buns open and brush 1 side with some piccalillymayo.
  13. Cover each bun with some lettuce, a burger, mushrooms and piccalillymayo. Cover with the top of the buns.
  14. Serve with the fries and the rest of the piccalillymayo.
