Moussaka of zucchini and yogurt sauce

Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and gently fry the chopped onion and the finely chopped garlic.

Add the minced meat and fry it while stirring.

Add the oregano, cinnamon, salt and generously freshly ground black pepper and cook for 1-2 minutes.

Stir in the tomato pieces with liquid and wine and let the minced meat simmer gently for 20-30 minutes.

Cut the courgettes into long thin slices, brush them thinly with olive oil and roast them in a hot grill pan brown and done.
