Prepare the noodles according to the instructions on the package. Roast the cashew nuts in a dry, hot frying pan.

Heat the oil and fry the spring onions and dill for about 5 minutes at medium height. Add the cashew nuts and fish with the marinade and fry for approx. 8 minutes.

Divide the noodles over 4 plates. Put the fish fillets in and spread the spring onions and cashew nuts. Serve with the rest of the fish sauce, slices of lime, basil and coriander.
