Leek dish with ham and cheese
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, leeks (about 800 g), ham (thick slice), Zaanlander cheese spicy (piece), oil, potato wedges (450 g), salt and pepper and fresh chives (`25 g) .

Clean the leek, cut into thin rings and wash.

Cut the ham and cheese into strips.

Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in woks.

Potatoes covered in light brown baking in about 5 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add the rest of the oil and fry the leek for about 6 minutes.

Pull in the ham and cheese strips and fry approx.

1 minute.

Season with salt and pepper.

Cut the chives above it..
