A nice mexican recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, oil, onion (chopped), risotto rice, garlic (peeled), dried chilli (crumbled), chicken stock, garden peas (frozen), fruits de mer (a 150 g), parsley (finely chopped) and lime (in parts).

Directions

  1. Heat oil in frying pan.
  2. Onion and rice gently fry in 5 min.
  3. Squeeze out garlic.
  4. Fold pepper and bouillon tablet on top, add 700 ml of water and bring to the boil.
  5. Rice 10 min.
  6. Cook uncovered gently.
  7. Picking up garden peas and fruits de mer.
  8. Cook the rice for 10 minutes or until tender.
  9. Season with salt and pepper.
  10. Spread parsley over it and put lime slices on rice..
