Fresh salad with white cheese and croutons
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: ciabatta (Italian bread, 250 g), onions, (olive) oil, tomato, cucumber, mixed iceberg lettuce (extra (200 g)), vinegar, white cheese and croutons (Italian herbs (75 g) )).

Drip Ciabatta according to the instructions.

Peel onions and cut into six.

Heat half of oil in frying pan and cook onions for 15 min.

Until they are brown.

Cucumber and scrape into thin slices with cheese slicer.

Wash tomatoes and cut into pieces.

Cut iceberg lettuce on four plates.

Place cucumber and tomato on lettuce.

Stir in remaining oil, vinegar, salt and pepper dressing.

Divide dressing over salad.

Distribute cheese and onions over lettuce.

Garnish with croutons.

Serving with bread..
