Pie with three types of tomato from anne-karine sailor
A nice Mediterranean recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, puff pastry ((pack a 250 g), thawed), tapenade of sundried tomatoes (pot a 140 g), vine tomatoes (in slices), cherry tomatoes (halved), fresh rosemary (bag of 20 g) ), olive oil, balsamic vinegar, egg (split), salami ((meats), in pieces) and dried thyme.

Ingredients
- 6 slices puff pastry (pack of a 250 g), thawed
- 2 tablespoons tapenade of sundried tomatoes pot a 140 g
- 250 g vine tomatoes in slices
- 150 g cherryto halved
- 2 twigs fresh rosemary pouch a 20 g
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 egg split
- 125 g salami (meat products), in pieces
- Teaspoon dried thyme

Directions

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Cover the oven dish with puff pastry, press the edges of dough together well.

Brush the dough with the tomato tapenade, except for a 3 cm edge. Cover the bottom with the slices of vine tomato and divide the cherry to it. Put the sprigs of rosemary on them and drip the oil and balsamic vinegar over the tomatoes.

Brush the edges of the cake with whipped egg yolks and bake for 10 minutes in the oven (the protein is not used in this recipe). Remove the oven dish from the oven, spread the salami over the cake and bake for another 10-15 minutes until the edges are golden and the salami is crispy.

Sprinkle with salt, (freshly ground) pepper and thyme to taste. Tasty with a green salad.
