Directions

  1. Cut the sausages into pieces. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the sausage in 6 min. Golden brown and done.
  2. In the meantime, cut the celery in the bows and the garlic finely. Heat the oil in a thick-bottomed pan.
  3. Fry the celery, stew vegetables, garlic, caraway seed, pepper and salt for 8 minutes on medium heat. Stir frequently.
  4. Let the lentils drain. Add the lentils, sausage and stock. Bring to the boil and heat for another 4 minutes on low heat. Serve in large bowls.
