Indian chicken smith with garden peas
A delicious indonesian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, white rice, sunflower oil, chicken breast (in pieces), onion (in half rings), boemboe ajam smoor (125 g), atjar tjampoer (350 g), garden peas (extra fine) (450 g, frozen), thawed) and Indonesian prawn crackers (natural (60 g)).

Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package.

In the meantime, heat the oil in a stir frying pan and brown the chicken in 2 min. Add the onion and cook for another 1 min. Add the boemboe, the atjar tjampur with the liquid and 50 ml of water. Bring to boil.

Let the chicken for about 15 minutes on low heat without lid on the pan. Add the garden peas for the last 2 minutes.

Divide the rice over 4 bowls or deep plates and serve with the chicken mixture and prawn cracker.
