A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, chicken fillet, mustard, olive oil, firm apples ((solid Breaburn), in parts), balsamic vinegar, Romainesla, watercress (75 g) and cooked beetroot.

Directions

  1. Cut chicken fillets into thick slices lengthwise.
  2. Mix in mustard with 2 tbsp oil, salt and pepper.
  3. Paste chicken by swirling mustard oil.
  4. Grill the grill pan and roast chicken in 2-3 min.
  5. Per side brown and cooked.
  6. Fry 2 tbsp oil in frying pan and drizzle apple slices over high heat.
  7. Vinegar with 2 tbsp oil, salt and pepper to taste until dressing to beat.
  8. Cut and wash in broad strips.
  9. Remove hard stalks from watercress.
  10. Peel the beetroot and cut into cubes.
  11. Mix lettuce and watercress with dressing.
  12. Spread salad over four deep plates.
  13. Spread apple, beet and chicken over it and sprinkle the rest of the dressing over it.
  14. Serve with Boulognestok bread..
